I graduated with an HSC OP1 from SMMC before going on to complete an MBBS.
Experience
I have previous experience working as a high school tutor for Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. I like working closely with students and helping them to reach their academic goals and have very much enjoyed my tutoring experiences. It is a pleasure to watch my students grow into confident and capable young individuals. I still keep in contact with some parents and students I worked with years ago. I have received positive feedback from all of my students, and have even become friends with some of them. In addition to all of this, I have also taken courses for my professional development including mental health first aid, workshops on cultivating empathy towards others, public speaking, and so much more. My tutoring sessions are always student-centered, which means that my students determine the pace at which they learn and the topics and materials we focus on.
